How we work: three ways to receive your order

Not every business needs the same thing, so we adapt the format to whatever fits your kitchen and your volume best.

• Fresh-baked, same day
  Fully finished product, ready to sell the moment it arrives. Best if you don't want to deal with your own oven at all.
   

• Par-baked, to finish yourself
  Partially baked product that you finish in your own oven, so it reaches your customer fresh out of the oven, on your own timeline.
   

• Frozen
  Either raw, so you can bake it whenever you need it, or fully baked and ready to thaw, this option gives you more stocking flexibility and less waste.

Pickup or delivery

Pickup is available at our workshop in Gràcia, or delivery depending on availability.
