Wholesale Bakery and Pastries for coffee shops in Barcelona
We supply cinnamon rolls, cardamom buns, savory brioche, banana bread, seasonal pies, brownies, cookies, lemon-poppyseed loaves, lemon-blueberry loaves, focaccia, and other artisan bakery products to cafés, markets, shops, and pop-ups in the center of Barcelona.
We supply in whatever format suits how you work: par-baked frozen items you finish baking on-site, raw frozen items ready to bake from scratch, and fully baked frozen items that just need thawing, and fresh-baked ready to serve. Which format applies depends on the product, we'll go over what fits your setup once we know what you're looking for. Given our logistics, we don't offer daily delivery, so these batch formats are what let us maintain quality without compromising our daily in-store production.
The process is simple: write to us with your needs, we'll put together a selection of products and wholesale pricing, and we'll agree together on frequency and volume.
How we work
Right now, we're only able to supply the products listed in our catalog exactly as they are — we're not able to take on customized items or products outside that list at the moment. Within the catalog, we work with you to find the format and volume that best fit your business, whether that's a fixed weekly order or something more one-off for an event or a specific season. Prices vary depending on the format you choose; we'll go over the options together once we know what you're looking for, and adjust the order as your needs change.
Availability
We supply Monday through Saturday. Not available on holidays, during our summer break (the last two weeks of August), or during our Christmas break (dates vary each year, so please plan orders ahead of time).
Pickup or delivery
Pickup available at our bakery in Gràcia, or delivery to the Gràcia, Eixample, Sant Gervasi, and Sarrià areas, depending on availability.

Rich, our owner and baker, bakes everything here personally, using techniques and recipes honed over time, not commercial wholesale formulas. That means your customers get scratch-made baking (things like real cinnamon rolls made with tangzhong dough, or genuine pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, still rare to find in Barcelona) without you needing to run your own pastry program to offer it.
Every batch is made the same way whether it's going in our own case or yours: real butter, real spices, no shortcuts. If it's not something we'd be proud to sell in our own shop, we don't send it out.

Do you deliver outside of Barcelona?
We offer delivery within Gràcia, Eixample, Sant Gervasi, and Sarrià, depending on availability, or you're welcome to pick up directly from our bakery in Gràcia. We don't currently deliver outside these areas.

Is there a minimum order?
Each product has its own minimum order size, for example 16 units for rolls, 6 for pies, 6 for sweet bread loaves, or 2 sheets for focaccia. We'll go over the exact minimum for whatever you're interested in once we hear from you.

How much notice do you need for an order?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on all wholesale orders.

What formats do your products come in?
We supply in whatever format suits how you work: raw frozen, ready to bake from scratch; par-baked frozen, finished off in your own oven; fully baked frozen, which just needs thawing; or ready to serve, with no baking needed. Which format fits depends on the product, we'll go over the options once we know what you're looking for.

How long do frozen products last?
Frozen products keep well for up to a month. Once baked or thawed, they're best enjoyed within 24 to 48 hours.
