Oso Grizzly Bakery & Coffee Gràcia is, above all, a sourdough bakery in the heart of Vila de Gràcia. It's one of the reasons people stop by for breakfast, sweet, savory, and always paired with specialty coffee.
Custom birthday cakes are a core part of what we do, not an add-on: choose your flavor, filling, and decoration, and we'll build it to order. We also bake cinnamon rolls, cardamom buns, and focaccia daily.

Every loaf ferments for 48 hours with "Grizzlito," our own wild sourdough starter, no shortcuts, because that's what real sourdough actually requires. It's slower, it's less convenient, and it's the only way we'd do it.

We're close to the Fontana and Joanic metro stations. We're on Plaça del Sol (Carrer del Planeta 37), right on the main walking route between Gràcia's best-known squares and spots, so it's easy to reach on foot too.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
Our brownie is made with gluten-free ingredients. Please note that we're a bakery that works with wheat flour, so this product is not suitable for celiacs; we're happy to recommend certified gluten-free bakeries in the area, including our friends at Glutery, just a few meters away.
Our vegan options include our sourdough bread, our sourdough bread with mixed seeds, sea salt focaccia, rosemary and sea salt focaccia, and tomato and olive focaccia. We also offer oat milk and lactose-free milk for our coffee drinks.

Do you have seating, or is it takeaway only?
We're a bakery with a takeaway license, so we don't have our own seating. That said, many people enjoy their food sitting on the public benches in the plaza right outside.
